You know, he looks oddly cheerful for someone that has his insides sliding out of his mangled torso. And, as much as I love the gore in all its forms, this doesn't grab me. Maybe because it has no context...or maybe because it's too clean. I like my blood n' guts down and dirty...or maybe its that goofy smile. That's totally throwing me off.
Though, again, a nice vector piece...it's just that the subject matter doesn't agree with the style, I think.
